Baana-hanke was a three-year project (2016-2019) by Citywork, Humak University of Applied Science and city of Turku, supported by the European Social Fund. The project focused on councelling migrants and employers in job searching and recruiting, entrepreneurship being an integrated part of the employment services. In addition to contributing to the employment of individuals, and creating a network model for supporting the process, the project produced publications and an extensive material bank that they found useful in the practical councelling work. These materials are freely available on the project page.
