The Asociación Por Ti Mujer proposed the articulation of a socio-training project as a strategy to facilitate the socio-labor incorporation of immigrant women over 45 in vulnerable situations, thus responding to the demands of a hospitality-catering sector - and helping to solve precarious situations, introducing immigrant women who are currently unemployed and in a situation of exclusion, within the formal economy.  The project was based, therefore, on the need to facilitate the channels of labor insertion, from the perspective that access to the labor market is the main way of preventing situations of social exclusion.
