Ruta CECE is a social hub developed in Spain and Portugal whose aim is to support citiziens interested in businesses whether they're trying to set their business or are trying to invest in new ideas. The main step is to cooperate, being innovative and being supported through e-commerce. The Ruta CECE offers educational resources as well as mentoring programmes and a matching service.
