This 36 page booklet, based on experiences collected through a free councelling practise over a three year period in Turku, Finland and funded by the European Social Fund , gives pedagogical tools for entrepreneurship councellors and course leaders who work with people with migrant background. It consists of parts that cast light on how the learner's life situation affects the councelling, how to find out if a person has the skill set needed for entrepreneurship, means for supporting entrepreneurship, useful links and materials, like programs for practical courses in entrepreneurship.
